Moving service

PSOAS is piloting a moving service for tenants with a local transportation company Kuljetus Haverinen Oy. The service pricing is semi-fixed and may vary depending on the amount of movables and tenant’s participation in the moving work.

Room in a shared apartment/studio: Starting from 180 €

Amount of movables typical of the apartment type, tenant packs up carefully and moves the property together with the driver.

One bedroom apartment: Starting from 180 €

Amount of movables typical of the apartment type, tenant packs up carefully and moves the property together with the driver and a third person chosen and arranged by the tenant.

Two bedroom apartment: Starting from 375 €

Amount of movables typical of the apartment type, tenant packs up carefully and moves the property together with the driver and a third person chosen and arranged by the tenant.

The service includes a moving truck, the moving equipment needed and a professional driver who takes part in the moving work. Moving boxes are available for 0,10 €/PC/PD. It is also possible to order the boxes delivered to the apartment for 31 € (price per visit).

In addition to the moving service Haverinen is also offering warehousing services together with their cooperating partner Kotivarasto www.kotivarasto.fi. PSOAS tenants are entitled to a 20 % discount on the warehousing prices.
