New construction: Välkkylä tower building – Uno
The designing of Välkkylä tower Uno is still ongoing. The project began with a contest for architects a few years ago. At the moment the goal is to begin construction in 2022.
Major overhauls and other renovations:
- A major overhaul in Virkakatu 3 will be completed during the summer 2022. The bigger family apartments will be transferred to studio apartments and small family apartments.
- In Ylioppilaantie 4 an apartment change and modernization project will be initiated in the autumn 2022.
