The main duty of PSOAS is to offer inexpensive living quarters to the area’s students.
PSOAS – Pohjois-Suomen opiskelija-asuntosäätiö was founded in 1971 to manage student housing in Oulu. It was founded by the Student Union of the University of Oulu, Domus Botnica and Pohjois-Suomen oppilasasuntolat Oy. Currently, PSOAS owns over 5,500 student apartments.
Our mission is to arrange housing services for young people who study in Oulu after they have finished their basic education. We do this by offering our customers usable apartments as cheaply as possible, which ensures that PSOAS continues to be financially sound.
