Property maintenance / On-call duty

Janitor on duty will take care of urgent faults and will open the doors outside office hours.

Cost for door opening:

On weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm with a cash payment 20€ or invoice 30€.

At other times 50€ cash payment or invoice 60€.

The property supervisors are responsible for the services while residing and the condition of the properties together with the janitorial service. You can reach the property supervisors during office hours Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm.
